Tiered LIFETIME Revenue share:
Earn up to 60% from the lifetime spending of an account if the user is new to our site network. The account will be tied to your affiliate id on a database level and you will earn commission after their credit purchases from the site you referred them to. If you refer a user that is not new in our network and has not been tied to another of our affiliate previously via LIFETIME+ or PPS or the Tiered version of the two, you will receive 30% of their credit purchases, tracked via a 14 day cookie.
Tiered Pay Per Signup:
Earn up to $300 for every new premium customer referred who purchase at least a 19.99 credit package. Cookie validity: 30 days non rewritable, renewable after 30 days.
Revenue Share (REVS 30% min):
Earn 30% of member credit purchases generated through your link. Make over $1,500 per period and get an extra 5%, make over $3,000 to get an extra 10%! Member credit purchases are tracked by your affiliate code stored in a browser cookie on the users' PC. (Cookie validity: 14 days non rewritable, renewable after 14 days.)
Up to 25% Lifetime revenue sharing through your Co-Branded or Whitelabel Live Cam Site (COBR)
Create your custom Co-Branded Live Cam Site and earn up to 25% of purchases on your Co-Brand. The co-brand member pool is independent from those of our official sites, so any purchases made on the site, are eligible for commission (except PPS members previously referred by you).

Webmaster Referrals (2 Tier):

All webmasters start with the lowest tier in every program. Your earnings will not be calculated with a lower percentage/PPS amount/whitelabel percentage than the one belonging to the tier you are in based on your sales. Based on your exceptional performance and as a bonus, if you use the regular 30% REVS program we raise your percentage with an additional 5% of your total payout or 10% of your payout. The rules are as follows
$1500 pay-out in one period -> 30% base pay-out + 5% of your base pay-out
$3000 pay-out in one period -> 30% base pay-out + 10% of your base pay-out

I have not received my payment, can you explain why ?
A:First of all make sure that the information in your webmaster account panel is correct and up to date then open a support ticket on the problem. If your information is in error correct it and notify us.
And we will trace payment and correct the situation for you.
On the other hand, it is possible that we have made a mistake, and in that case, We will immediately send your money.
I'm moving and you've already sent my check is there any way to retrieve it?
A:Yes, however it costs $35 USD to void a check.
Do you have the PPS (Pay Per Signup) payment model?
A:Once a customer is sold as a PPS customer; we 'own' that customer and no REVS sales commissions will be paid on that customer at all-, for that site only-, in the future.
If a customer buys credits with a PPS link and/or cookie and-; Has bought in the past on that site- has purchased credits in the past, the webmaster using the PPS code will not be paid anything, for reason that they are NOT a new customer
Credit purchases made by phone are eligible for the Tiered PPS payout only if the purchased amount reaches or exceeds the amount of our credit packages.
I have signed up to your program and I have already made some sales, when do you send the check payments?
A:We have Bi-weekly payment (payoneer, check)
Payments are paid about 20 to 25 days after the given period.
Period-1 payments are paid on the 10th of the following month.,
Period-2 payments are paid on the 25th of the following month
- * For ex.: Period 1-January (1-15) is paid on the 10th of February.
- * Example 2: Period 2-November (16-30) is paid on the 25th of December.
Unpaid amounts ( under the minimum ) are carried over into the following period.
What is the minimum payout amount?
A:For all the payment methods, the lowest payout limit is $100.
How often do I get payment?
A:Payouts are sent periodically, twice a month. You need to reach the Payout Limit in a period, in order to get paid on the payout date of that period. The Payout Limit can vary between $100 and $10,000, depending on the Payment Method you choose. If you reach the Payout Limit in the first period of a month (1st - 15th), you will receive your payment on the 10th day of the next month. If you reach the Payout Limit in the second period of a month (16th - 31st), you will receive your payout on the 25th day of the next month. If you do not reach the Payout Limit in a period, your earnings are rolled over to the next period until you reach the Payout Limit. The payout dates are always on the 10th and 25th day of the following months, regardless the payment method you choose.

What Payment Methods do you offer?
A:We currently have three payment methods available on our website; prepaid card connected to an e-Wallet account, bank transfer and paper check options, each offered through different processor companies such as Payoneer or Chexx (Americas) Inc. What is Payoneer?
A:Payoneer is an e-Wallet based payout solution. By choosing this option, you will be paid on your Payoneer virtual account from where you can easily transfer funds either to your Payoneer MasterCard® card or to your local bank account.
Setting up a Payoneer account through us does not cost you anything. We cover the start-up costs, including the fee of the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® card.
If you choose the MasterCard option, you will receive your card in 10-30 business days after application completed. Withdrawing money from a Payoneer account at an ATM costs $2.75 per transaction, while the monthly account maintenance fee is currently $2.00. The debit MasterCard® cards are issued through Choice bank and have a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $2,500.
If you choose the direct deposit/local bank transfer option, you will either use Payoneer ACH or Payoneer iACH, depending on the country where your bank is located - in- or outside the United States. If your bank is in the United States, you will use Payoneer ACH where each deposit costs $2. If your bank is located outside the United States, transfers in your local currency will cost $2.99 (or $5.95 in India, Russia and Brazil), while USD($) transfers will cost $9.95 plus 1% of the transferred amount (no more than $10).

Q:
What is Chexx Inc.?
A:By choosing Chexx (Americas) Inc. option, your payouts will either be sent to your address on a paper check that you can deposit at any bank account, or they will be directly sent to your bank account.
Choosing paper check as your payout method does not entail additional costs in terms of ordering the check and mailing it to the address you previously provided. The checks we send cannot be cashed in check cashing facilities - can only be deposited into your bank account. If you deposit your check into a US bank account, there is no extra cost, but in any other case you may have to pay a small fee. Since it takes a couple of days for the checks to arrive, we mail them out approximately 10 days prior to the payout date. The checks are sent in a plain white envelope, there is no reference to the site or to the profile of the site. If you do not receive the check on the payout date, it is advised to wait a couple of days since sometimes checks arrive to the address with a slight delay. In case you choose not to wait or did not receive the check in reasonable time, you may ask for the check cancellation which costs $35 each and takes 5-10 days to process. Once the check is canceled, the remaining amount will be sent to you via check or any other payout option you choose.
We do not take responsibility for any failure of delivery, so if you would like to assure that your check will be delivered in a timely manner, you are advised to choose Courier shipment option (FedEx or TNT). Courier Economy shipment costs $20 and takes 2-5 days to be delivered, while Courier Priority shipment costs $37 and takes 1-3 days to be shipped.
If you choose to receive your payout via Chexx's local bank transfer you can receive your earnings directly to your bank account. Bank transfer to the United States costs $3.25 while payment to a non-US bank account will have a fee between $10-$50, depending on the banks involved in the transaction.
What payment reference do you use when sending payments?
A:When sending out payouts (whether to e-Wallet/prepaid card, by wire transfer or on paper check) we use the following payment reference "Electronically Delivered Advertising Services". There is no option to change this text.

Why can’t I edit my personal or payment information?

Pay periods are finalized every two weeks: on the 15th and the last day of the month. Editing your information is unavailable on the day when pay periods are finalized, the day preceding and two days following it (a total of four days). On all other days, you may edit your information. Please note, your modifications will only be completed if approved by our Customer Support Team.

A:Don't panic, the sales will go to your account, since we use a cookie-based tracking system. Whether or not there is an ID at all or if you see a strange ID, its still being tracked as your sale. The webmaster, tour and campaign code are in the form post to the billing server and this information is read from the cookie values.
Payment cookies are not overwritten until they expire.
Revshare cookies last 14 days while PPS cookies last 1 month.

I see strange sale amounts in statistics, whys that?
A:When you see sale amounts which are not from standard packages it means that the purchase was done through a phone processors.There are phone processors who charge based on seconds the customer holds the talker.
I have thousands of email addresses I have collected from different sources. Can I promote your site by sending emails to those addresses?
A:We don't like spam. We hate them actually. So please don't spam others promoting our sites. If you have a free site with members that agreed on receiving emails, and you want them to know about our cams, its ok to send them occasional emails.
Please always consult us before using email promotion. In case we find out that someone is promoting our sites by random, aggressive spamming, we will not hesitate to terminate that account immediately.
